Cups: (U.S.)
Cups are very difficult to convert because one cup of flour weighs about 120g whereas one cup of butter weighs around 240g and a cup of breadcrumbs 60g. It depends on what you are weighing. If you use the same measurements throughout, you should have no problems.

Tea Spoon (tsp) = The one you put sugar in your tea with.
Dessert Spoon = The one you eat dessert with.
Table Spoon (tbls) = A really big spoon but not as big as a serving spoon.
Ladle = A long handled deep spoon for getting soup or stew out of a big pot.
Serving spoon. A very large long handled spoon.
